This chili is so easy to make.   Just dump all the stuff in the crock pot, and walk away.  I leave it on low all day long.  When I get home from work, bam!  Enough food for a small army!  Sometimes, I even make cornbread to go with it.

1lb Hamburger – browned
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans Pinto Beans
2 cans Kidney Beans
2 cans Black Beans
2 cans Chili Beans
1 small can green chilis
2 cans tomato sauce
1 envelope of Chili Seasoning

Brown your hamburger and drain off the fat.  Dump that in your crock pot.  The pinto, kidney and black beans should be rinsed before adding them to the pot as well.  Dump the rest of your ingredients in, stir to combine, put the lid on set your crock for low and head to work.  You’ll be glad you’ve got dinner done when you get home.

I usually top mine with some shredded cheese and some sour cream.  The Man puts more hot sauce on his… cause that’s The Man.
